Dr. Kate Entwistle established The Turf Disease Centre in September 2000, to provide a professional and independent disease analysis service to turf managers and others associated with managed amenity turf. Located in the UK, The Turf Disease Centre serves an international customer base from over 30 countries.
I have been using this year to phase in my retirement and asking clients to approach Dr Deb Cox (Lagan Valley Scientific) to see if she has capacity to accommodate their analysis work. I am sure most of you will know Deb – she worked alongside Colin Fleming at AFBI for many years before starting her own business in 2020. It has taken me a while to decide that now is the right time to slow down towards retirement and I am trying to make the transition away from full time work as easy as possible for my clients, for Deb and for myself.
All sample analysis work by prior arrangement only.
From the end of 2026, I will not be accepting turf samples for analysis from outside the UK and during 2027 I will wind down all additional analysis work. A sincere thank you for trusting me to support you with past analysis work. It truly has been a privilege.
